1. Adults Only
The SpeakAmora platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older.

create profiles
upload content
interact through chats and livestreams
offer subscriptions or premium interactions
purchase or use tokens and platform features
SpeakAmora acts solely as a platform and intermediary provider for user-generated content.
Creators are independently responsible for the content they upload, stream, or distribute.
3. Account Registration
By creating an account, you agree that:
all registration information is truthful and accurate
you will maintain the security of your account
you are responsible for all activity under your account
you will not impersonate another person or entity
SpeakAmora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate information.
4. Creator Accounts & Verification
Creators and performers may be required to complete identity and age verification before accessing creator features.
By uploading content to SpeakAmora, creators represent and warrant that:
they are at least 18 years old
they own or control all rights to uploaded content
all persons appearing in uploaded content are at least 18 years old
uploaded content complies with applicable laws and regulations
SpeakAmora reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation at any time.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
violate any applicable laws
harass, threaten, abuse, or exploit other users or creators
upload illegal, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful content
attempt to hack, scrape, disrupt, or damage the platform
use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation
record, redistribute, or re-upload creator content without permission
bypass platform payment systems
SpeakAmora reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
6. User-Generated Content
Creators and users are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, stream, or distribute on the platform.
SpeakAmora does not actively monitor all uploaded content and is not responsible for user-generated material.
By uploading content, creators grant SpeakAmora a limited license to host, display, stream, distribute, and operate such content through the platform.
7. Livestreams & Communications
Livestreams on SpeakAmora are intended for live viewing only.
Users may not:
record livestreams
reproduce creator content
redistribute content outside the platform
commercially exploit creator content without authorization
Private chats and communications may be stored for moderation, security, fraud prevention, or support purposes.
8. Tokens, Payments & Purchases
SpeakAmora may operate a token-based system for accessing premium content and interactions.
By purchasing tokens or using paid services, users agree that:
all purchases are final unless otherwise required by law
tokens have no cash value
tokens are non-transferable
SpeakAmora may change pricing, token values, or platform features at any time
Users are responsible for reviewing purchases before completing transactions.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and live nature of the platform, refunds are generally not provided.
SpeakAmora may review refund requests in limited situations involving technical errors or unauthorized transactions.
10. Public Profiles & Community Features
Certain profile information may be publicly visible, including:
usernames
profile photos
public messages or interactions in group chats
Users are responsible for information they voluntarily share publicly.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, software, systems, graphics, designs, and functionality belong to SpeakAmora or its licensors.
Users may not:
copy platform branding or software
reverse engineer the platform
use platform materials without authorization
Creators retain ownership of their own uploaded content, subject to the limited platform license described in these Terms.
