5. Repeat Infringers
SpeakAmora maintains a policy of terminating accounts belonging to repeat copyright infringers where appropriate.
6. Creator Responsibility
Creators and performers are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have the necessary rights to all content uploaded, streamed, or distributed through SpeakAmora.
By uploading content, creators represent and warrant that:
they own the rights to the content
they have permission to use all included material
all individuals appearing in the content are at least 18 years old
7. Platform Status
SpeakAmora operates as an online platform and intermediary provider for user-generated content.
We do not actively pre-screen all uploaded content and are not responsible for user-generated material uploaded by creators or users.
8. False Claims
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent DMCA notices may result in legal liability.
SpeakAmora reserves the right to reject abusive or invalid claims.
