SpeakAmora acts solely as a platform provider and intermediary. Creators are independently responsible for the content they upload, stream, or distribute.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.
Users agree to:

Accept responsibility for activity under their account
SpeakAmora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security, legal, or operational risks.
4. Creator & Performer Verification
Creators and performers may be required to complete identity and age verification before accessing creator features.
By registering as a creator, performers confirm that:
They are at least 18 years old
All uploaded or streamed content complies with applicable laws
They own or have rights to the content they upload
Any individual appearing in content is at least 18 years old
SpeakAmora reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or creators
Upload illegal, fraudulent, or infringing content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
Use bots, scripts, or automated systems without permission
Share or distribute unauthorized recordings or screenshots of platform content
Impersonate another person or entity
Attempt to bypass platform payments or systems
SpeakAmora reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
6. Creator Content Responsibility
Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload, publish, stream, or distribute on SpeakAmora.
SpeakAmora does not actively monitor all uploaded content and does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or authenticity of creator-generated material.
Creators retain responsibility for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Livestreams & Communications
Livestreams on SpeakAmora are intended for live viewing only.
Users may not:
Record livestreams
Redistribute creator content
Re-upload platform content elsewhere
Capture screenshots or recordings for commercial or unauthorized purposes
Private chats and communications may be stored for moderation, safety, fraud prevention, or support purposes.
8. Tokens, Purchases & Payments
SpeakAmora may use a token-based system for accessing certain premium features or creator interactions.
By purchasing tokens, users agree that:
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law
Tokens have no cash value
Tokens are non-transferable
SpeakAmora may modify pricing or token systems at any time
Users are responsible for reviewing purchases before completing transactions.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and live nature of the platform, refunds are generally not provided.
However, SpeakAmora may review refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including technical errors or unauthorized transactions.
10. Public Profiles & Community Features
Certain profile information, including usernames and profile images, may be publicly visible in chats, community areas, or other platform features.
Users are responsible for any information they voluntarily share publicly.
11. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, software, design, graphics, logos, and platform systems belong to SpeakAmora or its licensors.
Users may not:
Copy platform software or branding
Reverse engineer the platform
Use platform materials without authorization
Creators retain ownership of their own uploaded content while granting SpeakAmora a limited license to display, host, and distribute content through the platform.
12. Reporting & Moderation
Users may report content, creators, accounts, or platform concerns by contacting:

13. Account Suspension & Termination
SpeakAmora may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time for reasons including:

platform security concerns
Termination decisions are made at SpeakAmora’s sole discretion.
14. Limitation of Liability
SpeakAmora provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

error-free operation
creator availability
compatibility with all devices or jurisdictions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakAmora shall not be liable for:
indirect damages
lost profits
user disputes
creator conduct
user-generated content
unauthorized access or technical interruptions
15. Privacy
Use of the platform is also governed by the SpeakAmora Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to These Terms
SpeakAmora may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on the platform with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
